The Newport Bay Club and Hotel, is a timeshare hotel featuring 36 guest suites and townhomes located in the heart of downtown Newport in the historic Perry Mill Complex on Thames Street. The Perry Group will work with the Newport Bay Club and Hotel to help refresh its brand and marketing presence as well as to increase awareness of the unique hotel among those seeking a destination vacation in Newport.

The Newport Bay Club and Hotel was originally built 180 years ago as the Perry Mill and was designated on the National Register of Historic Places. The mill was among the first to be successfully transitioned to a mix-use development in the 1970’s and in addition to the hotel, includes retail and restaurant space.
